[Scrap] from e-Learning..

You've heard that the phrase "work smarter, not harder" over and over again. But still, the most common response when we're faced with increased demand is to try and work harder. Using an automobile analogy, trying harder is like "stepping on the gas"

The traditional formula P=C+K ;
We work harder at gathering more knowledge(K) in the belief that it will increase our capacity(C) and improve performance(P),,,

To improve performance, "release the brakes" on our current performance by removing the obstacles that block our capacity.
